This Privacy Policy explains how PMH Dubai Hub collects and uses personal data when you visit pmh-dubai.com or get in touch with us through the website. We keep it short and we only describe what the website actually does.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Prime Material Handling FZE, Convention Tower, Desk 435-07, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (TRN 105462451300001).

2. What data we collect
Data you send us. When you use the contact form we receive the information you enter: full name, company, job title, email address, phone number, your area of interest, the equipment category and your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to answer your request. The same applies if you write to us by email or call us.
Technical data. Like any website, our server receives technical information needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used only to run the website securely.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data such as health information.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to answer your request, to evaluate and prepare commercial proposals, partnership or supply discussions, and to follow up on the conversation you started with us. If you contact us about a job opportunity, we use your data only to evaluate your application.
We process this data because you asked us to (pre-contractual steps and your consent given in the form) and because we have a legitimate interest in managing business relationships. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who can see it
Your data is handled by the PMH Dubai Hub team. Where your request concerns a specific technology, we may share the relevant details with the manufacturer or with the Arcieri group company involved, only to the extent needed to answer you. We also rely on technical providers, such as our website hosting and email services, who process data on our behalf.
Some of these parties may be located outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the European Union. When data is transferred abroad we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and Google receives your IP address. If we add analytics or other tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for accounting or contractual records).
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@pmh-dubai.com and we will reply within the time required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
